“Everyone shines, given the right lighting” Susan Cain
Let’s face it, we live in a society where the loudest voices are often the ones most listened to. Traits like sociability and assertiveness are favoured over deep thinking and deep powers of observation. And when you are naturally quieter, it can be easy to feel like there is something wrong with you or that you’re not good enough. But I’m here to show you that being an introvert can be a hugely powerful thing, especially when you truly understand what it means to be introverted and the incredible strengths that come with it.
Who am I?
Hi I’m Kim, coach, mum, introvert and a fierce believer in the resilience of the human spirit.
For years I was afraid of being seen, but at the same time wanting to be seen.
I’ve been told I was “too quiet”, “too shy”, to “put myself out there” and to “be more confident”.

But when I tried to be like my more outgoing peers, it felt exhausting and deeply inauthentic.

One day, I came across the terms introversion and extroversion. As I learnt more about they actually mean, suddenly it all started making sense. As I discovered more, I realised that extroverts and introverts are wired differently and that we need different things in order to thrive. The world is not often designed for both extroverts and introverts, but both types form a vital part of our society.

My aim in life is to help introverts who struggle to feel like they belong to understand who they really are and what they are truly capable of.
In a gentle way, you can shake the world

Coaching services
I personally believe that there is no one size fits all for everyone and that everyone’s challenges and intentions for the future are completely unique to us as individuals. That’s why when I work with my clients, we spend time understanding what it is they want to work on and tailoring the sessions is accordance with those things.
